Senior Quantity Surveyor Construction Consultancy Up to GBP70,000 p/a (DOE) Central London About the company A small but well respected Quantity Surveying and Project Management Construction consultancy, situated near Old Street Station, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This well established Construction Consultancy are now looking to capitalise on their long term client list and also strengthen their capabilities around new business. A well respected Construction Consultancy who offer a full, cohesive construction consultancy services package with coverage throughout the UK. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who have a strong track record in developing and mentoring their staff. They have a strong diversity and inclusion policy. About the role: The successful Quantity Surveyor will gain experience in the core areas of Quantity Surveying, particularly: * Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities * Cost estimates * Feasibility studies * Procurement * Progress reports * Employers agent services You will be working in Residential and Commercial sectors mainly. About the requirements: * The successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have a strong understanding of the role of a Quantity Surveyor within a Consultancy environment * A RICS accredited degree would be preferable * A desire to become chartered through RICS or already chartered. * Exceptional client facing skills are essential as is the ability to interact with all manner of stakeholders at all levels.
