Building surveyor

An enthusiastic Building Surveyor is sought to join a dynamic construction consultancy based in their Surrey office, working with an established team of 14. The Building Surveyor #39;s role In this role, the Building Surveyor will be primarily engaged in schemes within the education sector, encompassing both private and public institutions, as well as universities. This includes working on a variety of prestigious and sometimes grade-listed buildings, adding a layer of complexity and interest to the work. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for a wide range of projects, which include roof replacements, internal alterations, and build design work. This position offers a diverse and challenging workload, providing the Building Surveyor with the opportunity to apply and expand their skill set across multiple aspects of surveying. The successful Building Surveyor will have? BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or equivalent. Proven experience or interest in the education sector. Excellent techincal skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. A commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining the integrity of listed buildings.In Return?
