This position involves working one-on-one with a child in Reception who has ADHD and Autism, providing essential support and encouragement throughout their educational journey. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the development and progress of a child with special educational needs. Your daily responsibilities will include: Providing personalised support, guidance, and assistance to the child in Reception. Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement tailored learning plans. Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes the child #39;s well-being and academic growth. Monitoring and recording the child #39;s progress, and adjusting strategies as needed.The Primary School in Leeds is dedicated to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
