The successful Architectural Technician will have strong technical abilities, being able to produce high quality technical drawings with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Experience, skills and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician: Hold a HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology Post Qualification experience in a UK architectural practice Confident user of Revit and AutoCAD Excellent communication skills Competent knowledge of UK building regulations Strong technical expertise and drawing ability Experience working on projects such as retail, residential, commercial and leisure Driven in continual professional development Passionate about integrating sustainability into designs Positive and enthusiastic attitude be local to the Leeds area Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
