Document Controller - Experience required: Experience using A Site is a big benefit Strong organisation skills and the ability to multi-task. A personable and approachable individual who enjoys supporting others. Construction experience is a benefit. Document Controller - Duties: Controlling both company and project documentation for several projects. Using 4P to organise and distribute documents within the team. Quality assurance checking of incoming drawings ensuring names and conventions have been followed and the revisions are correct. Compiling drawing registers. Working with Design Managers assisting with inputting comments on drawings. Tracking documents ensuring they are compliant with the HSE regulations. Ensuring documents are updated by the site team within the deadlines.
