Construction trainer

Our client a national training provider is looking for a trainer in Construction specifically roofing to train in the Northampton region. Renowned for their development of both skill development and social value through Apprenticeship delivery and a range of courses. The client is offering a salary between GBP30000 to GBP40000 depending on experience with an extensive list of benefits! What does the Role Entail? You will work closely with the Head of Operations to deliver a range of commercial training qualifications specifically in Construction and Roofing industry workforces to demonstrate skills. This includes delivering a range of NVQs for managers and installers, as well as progressing towards delivering a range of qualifications. Key responsibilities include managing associate assessors, contributing to the company #39;s strategic direction, marketing, ensuring compliance with industry legislation, and delivering training. What Skills do you have? You will hold training qualifications such as the Level 3 Award in Education (AET), Assessor Course (A1), and VTCT Level 3 Certificate on Assessing Vocational Achievement. Experience in delivering training programmes in Construction and Roofing, understanding external quality assurance processes, and knowledge of relevant industry regulations are essential. Additionally, strong communication, coaching, and organisational skills. What is on Offer?
