Engineering Supervisor - Power Station GBP55,000 + Benefits Sellafield Alecto Recruitment are looking to hear from experienced Site Supervisors or Site Managers from a Heavy Engineering Industry background, to work in the Sellafield region. The of Engineering Site Supervisor is a key role in the Engineering and Maintenance team whose primary purpose is to provide in field support to major projects on site. Job Brief Lead and manage in field project activities, taking responsibility of safety performance and plan progression. Supervise contractors on site to ensure all work is technically correct and in accordance with site safety, environmental and quality procedures. Collaborate with other members of the Engineering Team to review contractor method statements, risk assessments other required safety documentation for fitness for purpose. Develop/build work pack documentation, including creating and reviewing risk assessments and method statements. Providing timely feedback and completion of the Electronic Shift Log and the Site CMMS updating work order records and reports through site CMMS. Provide engineering input into project work scopes. Following relevant training to be fully conversant with safe Working Procedures.Requirements B-Tec/ONC or Equivalent in an Engineering discipline. Health and Safety Certifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH. Experience with CMMS Systems and Change Controls. Knowledge of industry specific legislation Looking to hear from engineers in heavy engineering industries for example Power Generation, Petrochemical, Royal Navy, Oil Gas, Paper Mills, Recycling Plants, Marine etc.Package Details Salary is up to and around GBP50,000. This Role is Monday to Friday. Initially the role is a 12 Month PAYE temporary role.
