HSE Manager Up to GBP50,000 + Benefits and Bonus Essex As the HSE Manager, you will be based at their Head Office in Essex, with the opportunity to travel to key customer sites across the U.K. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 5 years #39; experience in heavy engineering sectors such as Power Energy, Petro-Chemical, and Aggregate. Your expertise in working with recognized management systems like ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 will be crucial in driving continuous improvement. Role Responsibilities As our HSE Manager, you will: Support top management in issuing HSE policies and guidelines Define roles and responsibilities related to safety aspects Ensure implementation, updating, review, and auditing of Company HSE Systems Monitor effective implementation of Safety and Environment System procedures Conduct safety audits, accident/incident investigations, and risk assessments Provide technical support to Senior Management on safety-related matters Support outages and projects at customer sites, including travel and flexible work arrangementsRequirements MUST hold a Full driving License. Relevant Health and Safety Advisory experience in heavy engineering sectors NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety Health or equivalent CSCS card holder Qualified internal health safety auditor with demonstrable audit experience Minimum Grad IOSH certification Strong communication, rapport-building, influencing, and negotiating skills Pragmatic approach to managing Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Assurance Experience and knowledge of management systems such as ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001Package Details Competitive salary range of GBP40,000 to GBP50,000 (depending on qualifications and experience) Opportunity for overtime during large projects and outages Annual bonus Company van and fuel card 25 days annual holidays plus statutory/bank holidays 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday Training and development opportunitiesTo apply for this role please send your CV or call (phone number removed) for more information.
