Responsibilities: * Lead the design and development of electrical and electronic hardware systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. * Manage engineering projects from concept to production, optimizing designs for mechanical and thermal efficiency. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. * Prepare detailed technical documentation and oversee prototype evaluation. * Define team strategy, onboard new hires, and facilitate skills development.
