Tradewind are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Second in Charge of Business and Economics with the ability to teach Business and Economics at A Level. As Second in Charge, the successful candidate would have particular responsibility for developing Enterprise in Key Stages 3 and 4. Business and Economics are very popular and high achieving subject at A Level. As well as delivering high quality A Level lessons, the successful teacher should be able to clearly articulate and deliver an exciting vision for developing Business and Enterprise in Key Stages 3 and 4, as well as leading the delivery of the Cambridge National in Enterprise and Marketing. This school place a strong focus on staff wellbeing which they feel is fundamental to their success, so have created a supportive culture throughout the school. All members of staff are also provided with high levels of training opportunities, to ensure continual progression and development.
