Customer account executive

Are you an experienced Customer Account Executive seeking a new challenge? Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading company in their search for an Customer Account Executive based in Tewkesbury to join their friendly and dynamic team. DAY TO DAY: * Be the key contact for all your customer accounts. * Collaborate with varied internal and external departments. * Delivering exceptional Customer Service via telephones and emails. * Day-to-day administration. * After care support on completion of sales * Updating and maintaining CRM systems. * Handling complaints and escalating to the appropriate internal departments when required. WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE: * Strong customer service and admin experience * Account management experience is desirable but not essential * Previous experience working on CRM systems is desirable but not essential * Able to manage and prioritise workload * Great time management and organisational skills Salary up between GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 per annum depending on experience No Weekends and early finish on a Friday!
