Requirements bull; A good knowledge and understanding of the Electrical industry are essential. bull; Will be familiar with products supplied to Electrical Contractors bull; Verbal and written communication skills. bull; Computer literacy essential. bull; Excellent customer service skills. bull; Interpersonal skills and team player. bull; Copes well under pressure Responsibilities bull; Managing day to day enquiries/orders bull; Must be confident taking Sales enquiries over the Telephone bull; Ensuring Customer promises are kept by continually monitoring and chasing any outstanding orders. bull; Raising quotations and converting to sales orders.
