Commercial Catering Equipment Engineer bull; POSITION SUMMARY * As a Commercial Catering Engineer, you will be responsible for service and maintenance of industrial and commercial catering equipment and occasionally carrying out installations in Yorkshire. Reporting directly to the General Service Manager. bull; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * bull; Required to maintain, repair, install commission commercial catering equipment, such as combination ovens, fryers, grills and griddles, cooking ranges dishwashers etc. bull; Test and undertake quality assurance checks to verify that the commercial catering equipment is working in accordance with its design specification and current regulations including air quality tests bull; Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving faults, and organising repairs as required. bull; You would be responsible for ensuring all part numbers align with the parts required on any given job. bull; Other responsibilities will include periodic checks including Gas, electricity safety checks bull; Responsible for completing manual and electronic job sheets upon conclusion of site visit. bull; Regular communication to be maintained with service coordinators. bull; Responsible for maintaining, and checking van stock. bull; REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * bull; 2-5 years commercial engineering experience in catering equipment, industrial catering equipment or similar highly desirable bull; Strong verbal and written communication skills bull; Ability to fault find and solve complex problems bull; Strong organisation skills, ability to prioritise and multi- task effectively. bull; ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / LICENCES / REQUIREMENTS * bull; Full UK driving licence bull; Hold or be able to hold CRB/DDC clearance bull; COMCAT Commercial Catering Appliance qualification (COMCAT 1,2,3 5 ndash; CCCN1) bull; Qualified and registered engineer with Gas Safe bull; Ability to work flexible and unsociable hours occasionally bull; BENEFITS PACKAGE * bull; Company Vehicle, Mobile Phone Tablet bull; Annual leave: 25 days + usual bank holidays bull; Company Pension Scheme Company Profit Dividend Share Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
