As a New Business Account Manager, you #39;ll play a pivotal role in the company. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the acquisition and development of new accounts, exceeding ambitious targets and solidifying our market presence. From cold calling to utilising social media platforms, you #39;ll employ various strategies to win new business and provide top-notch account management to ensure client satisfaction. Experience and Qualifications: 2-3 years of new business account management experience Proven success in telesales and cold calling environments Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets Consultative approach with enthusiasm and drive to succeed Proficiency in B2B sales and negotiation Strong IT skills and experience with CRM systems Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred Competencies: Self-motivated and driven Relationship-building skills with a solution-focused approach Willingness to learn and adapt Hunger for success and achievement-oriented mindset Excellent organisational and time management abilities Effective communication skills, both written and verbal What will your role look like?
