The Design and Technology Teacher the school is seeking should have previous experience delivering high quality lessons to GCSE students and to have strong knowledge of the curriculum. In this role you will be expected to act as a role model for the students, you will achieve this by planning great lessons, assessing students rsquo; progress and maintaining discipline in accordance to the schools procedures. The successful Design and Technology Teacher will ensure that they are setting students targets and monitoring their progress using the school rsquo;s system, making use of analysis and evaluating performance data and taking appropriate action to ensure improvement.
