As a Town Planner, you will be responsible for middot;Conducting research and analysis to support planning applications. middot;Engaging with stakeholders, including local communities and government bodies. middot;Preparing and presenting reports on planning proposals. middot;Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive project planning. To be successful in this role, you will need middot;A degree in Town Planning or a related field. middot;Chartered RTPI middot;minimum of 3 years of practical experience in town planning. middot;Strong knowledge of planning regulations and legislation. middot;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. middot;The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
