Senior quantity surveyor fit out

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-known consultancy in London, in their experienced Project Cost Management team. The team primarily works with corporate occupier clients on office fit-out projects in the London market. This role has arisen due to business growth and we are ideally seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor, but those at Associate level may also be of interest. The SQS will take ownership on a number of key projects for blue chip clients, with responsibilities including attending site meetings, tender documents, contract administration, valuations, cost plans, and cost management throughout the project. The company has a modern office space in the City, with hybrid working policies in place. Candidates will ideally be MRICS chartered, and have cost consultancy experience working on commercial fit-out projects. They should have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with high demanding clients. On offer is a salary up to GBP70k (dependent on level of experience) and a comprehensive benefits package including bonus, private medical, pension, and 25 days #39; annual leave.
