A salary up to 45k with the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime. My client is currently looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance. Some of the jobs that may arise in this role could include: * Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU #39;s, pumps, FCU #39;s, VAV #39;s, VRV #39;s, splits and general air conditioning. * Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors Qualifications Required * City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as a minimum * 17th or 18th Edition With a great salary of GBP45,000 a chance to do an abundance of over time.
