Job description:

The Opportunity: Project Manager required to oversee fitout projects in the leisure and hospitality sector. Projects include restaurant, pub and hotel refurbishments and fitouts. Your Responsibilities: bull; Oversee multiple projects (usually 3/4) at a time bull; Office based with very little travelling required bull; Ensure sites and managers are adhering to Health Safety regs at all time bull; Write progress/update reports for the director bull; Oversee labour levels on site, increasing labour as and when required bull; Ordering Materials bull; Works closely with the director About You You must have previous experience in project managing fitout projects, or you may be an experienced site manager in the fitout industry, looking to progress your career to project management.
