SERVICE ADVISOR Basic Salary - GBP32,400 OTE - GBP37,200 Location - Croydon Vacancy to be filled by an experienced Service Advisor with a flexible and can-do attitude who is always committed to offering quality customer service. Responsibilities of a Service Advisor middot;Take Service Department bookings. middot;Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards. middot;Meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements middot;Updating customers with technical issues middot;Dealing with complaints middot;Seize opportunities for up selling products Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor middot;Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor middot;Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System middot;Must be money motivated with confidence in up selling middot;Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed middot;Ability to thrive within a busy service department middot;Full clean UK Driving Licence Please contact Kelsey White @ Auto Skills and quote job number: 45796
