Approach Personnel are working exclusively with a new homes developer with an enviable reputation for delivering quality new homes. You will be joining a regional housebuilder based in Derby who are dedicated to supporting the local community. This multi-accredited developer does a mixture of new build housing and apartments. This company operates across the East Mids and South Yorkshire region and due to their expansion, are looking to onboard a Project Manager to join their team looking after their large Derby, 2 scheme project. Your new role Key responsibilities bull; Project Planning and Scheduling: Create comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely achievement of project milestones and efficient resource utilisation. bull; Team Leadership: Motivate and guide project teams, including subcontractors and third parties, to meet project objectives while maintaining high-quality standards. bull; Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to ensure project success and minimise disruptions. bull; Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. bull; Quality Control: Implement measures to ensure that construction activities adhere to specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. bull; Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, track costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety. bull; Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols on construction sites, ensuring a secure working environment for all personnel. bull; Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, handle variation requests, prepare progress reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. What you #39;ll need to succeed In order to succeed, you must have experience as either a Senior Site or Project Manager working on new build housing and apartment projects.
