Customer service administrator part time

Customer Service Administrator required on a part time basis for a busy warehouse in Peterborough. Part time Mon to Wed Hours 8am - 5pm - may be flexible with hours Weekly pay Parking on site Training provided Maternity cover Modern spacious offices Job summary: To supply administrative support to the Customer Services Department and communicate effectively with internal customers. To ensure all documentation is updated. You must have previous admin and customer service experience. Responsibilities: Answering and handling all internal customer calls appropriately. #x202F; Handling all enquiries regarding pricing, missing products, damaged goods, delivery times, etc. These may be via telephone or email. #x202F; Keeping the customer informed at all times regarding the status of their enquiry. #x202F; Logging all enquiries onto the CRM system. #x202F; Data entry and processing of all orders. This includes, but is not restricted to: #x202F; Call-off orders #x202F; lsquo;Loose supply rsquo; orders #x202F; Returns orders #x202F; Free of charge orders #x202F; Liaise with other departments to ensure Customer Service objectives are met. #x202F; Escalation of formal complaints. #x202F; Departmental filing as required #x202F; Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to Company policies and agreed time frames. #x202F; Ensure all Key Performance Indicator targets are reached across all areas of Customer Service. #x202F; Any other administrative duties as requested by the Customer Services Manager. #x202F; Comply with the Company rsquo;s health and safety policy and do your best to ensure the compliance of other parties. #x202F; Follow and adhere to Company procedures and standards of performance. #x202F; If the above role sounds of interest and you have the relevant skills and experience, please apply today
