Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Qualifications: Bachelor #39;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA designation preferred. Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, preferably within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction accounting principles and project cost management. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, such as Excel and ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
