An independent, commercial minded consultancy hold the desire to continue to grow their Building Surveying Team by hiring a competent Chartered Building Surveyor based out of Oxford. The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will become a key member of the team, providing technical advice and support on various Building Surveying services. We require a Chartered Building Surveyor to hold: bull; A Degree in Building Surveying bull; Qualified with MRICS or MCIOB bull; Commercial practise experience bull; A confident and client-facing individual bull; Both project and professional services experience Salary + Benefits bull;GBP60,000 base salary bull; Car Allowance bull; Hybrid working - 3 days working on site/office, 2 days from home. bull; 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays bull; Pension scheme bull; Healthcare If the above Job Description matches your requirements for your next role, then please apply now with your up-to date CV.
