School HR Assistant required in Hemel Hempstead At Engage Education Services, we rsquo;ve specialised in recruiting education staff in all roles for over a decade. We rsquo;re currently looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to work full-time at a fantastic school in Hemel Hempstead. Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we rsquo;re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools. About the role: 8.30am -5pm - Monday - Friday. GBP14.00 - GBP17.00 per hour As the HR Assistant you will be working as part of a close-knit team that works hard together to ensure the smooth running of the entire school. The administrator duties can include: * Using the school rsquo;s internal system to record data * To contribute to the smooth running of the HR / Head Master rsquo;s Office. * Any other tasks as reasonable directed by the Director of Human Resources. * You may also be required to undertake such other comparable duties as the Head requires from time to time.Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks * Using HR best practices to assist the HR Manager * Ensure that information is collected and entered accurately on the SCR * Maintain staff records (electronic and hard copy) * Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner * Covering reception duties The ideal applicant will have: * Experience of working in a school * A real passion for working within an education environment. * Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
