Field care supervisor

Job description Unity Care Specialists are not able to offer sponsorships, as we do not have a sponsorship licence at this time. Are you looking to work as a Field Care Supervisor? We have a full-time position available working from our office in Eastleigh. We provide domiciliary care, supporting people in their own homes with care that enables them to live a fulfilled life and promoting their independence with person centered care. You must drive and have access to a car. This role will be spit between administrative duties and care delivery, to meet the needs of the service on contingency care cover and growth of the service. You will be assessing new and existing service users, creating and updating care plans and risk assessments, spot checks and reviews. Working 40 hours across the week across Monday - Sunday, working alternative weekends. On call as part of a rota system within the office team (approx 1 in 4 weeks) Requirements: Experience in a similar role essential Level 3+ Health and Social Care (Preferred) Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
