Installations coordinator

My client is seeking an Installations Coordinator to join their business located in the Northampton area. The Installations Coordinator rsquo;s role will be to support my clients rsquo; customers both internal and external as well as being responsible for booking installations and arranging service calls on my client rsquo;s products. In addition, the Installations Coordinator will be speaking with customers on a daily basis so having strong customer service skills is a must! Installations Coordinator Package: * GBP25,000 - GBP27,000. * Remote working but needs to be located around the Northampton area. * Monday ndash; Friday. Installations Coordinator Responsibilities: * Insuring a smooth installations rollout for new customers. * Supporting external contractors. * Working with other areas of the business. * Average of 250 emails/ calls handled per day. * Keeping daily management accurate. Installations Coordinator Requirements: * Excellent telephone manner is essential! * Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as ability to adapt to bespoke software packages. * Quick learner with ability to maintain knowledge. * Ability to work under pressure with a ldquo;can do rdquo; attitude. * Able to prioritise work effectively.
