Job Title: Chartered Quantity Surveyor MRICS Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom Salary: GBP55,000-GBP65,000 Position Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects by ensuring accurate cost management, contract administration, and financial control. You will be part of a collaborative team working on diverse and exciting projects that contribute to the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities: * Conducting cost estimates and preparing tender documents * Managing and reviewing project budgets * Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor agreements * Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders * Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction process. * Producing financial reports and forecasts Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor #39;s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry * Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Proficient in relevant software and tools Salary Range: GBP55,000 - GBP65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
