Due to growth plans for 2024 our client is looking for an Administrator to join a specialist team. As an Administrator you will be responsible for the following tasks Completing all round administrative tasks Raising purchase orders Assisting in stock control and allocation of stock Scheduling engineers in to complete work Building and maintaining relationships with engineers Managing a scheduling system Processing supplier invoices Liaising with freight companies regarding import and exports Communicating with clients and suppliers via email and on the telephone Maintaining the highest levels of customer service at all times Liaising with haulage suppliers to arrange the transportation of goods Ad-hoc Project admin work The ideal administrator will have / be Good communication skills Good administrative skills Be fully competent in Microsoft Word and Excel Be well organised. Self-motivated and team player. Ability to liaise at various levels Experienced in planning and multi-tasks. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail is essential.
