Offer a multi-skilled maintenance service covering minor electrical and general building maintenance if needed. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain service excellence. Execute modifications and installations as required. Collaborate with sub-contractors and external suppliers. Take ownership of tools and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained. Maintain effective communication with clients and management. What we need from you: City Guilds Level 3 Electrical. Hands-on experience in general facilities maintenance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Desire to upskill and progress with our up to date training. Salary: Up To GBP38,000 Basic Salary with Overtime Available If You Want it.
