You will be comfortable in project management, contract administration, and building survey, and able to effectively communicate well with colleagues and clients. Responsibilities: middot;Pre-acquisition building surveys middot;Preparation and negotiation of the schedule of dilapidations middot;Preparation of schedules of works middot;Contract Administration middot;Assessment of rebuild cost for insurance purposes middot;Planned maintenance programmes Requirements: middot;Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). middot;Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, preferably within a private consultancy. middot;Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes. middot;Excellent project management and communication skills.
