My client is a multidisciplinary consultancy currently looking the right candidate to lead and develop the existing Building Surveying team in Leeds. My client is looking for a passionate and focused Salaried Partner Building Surveyor who is looking to progress their career, working in a close-knit team. Sectors are varied but include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial and insurance work. Responsibilities: middot;Hands on delivery of building surveying services middot;Leading projects often co-ordinating our in house multi discipline design services middot;Client management and development middot;Supervising, managing and mentoring junior members of the building surveying team middot;Technical reviews to manage the quality of our services Requirements: middot;Consultancy experience in the Leeds Marketplace. middot;Be commercially minded with an enthusiasm for winning work and business development middot;Capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects middot;Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge middot;An analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations If you feel that you are right for this role technically, but the salary, location or seniority does not suit you specifically then please still feel free to send us your CV.
