Key Information: Location: Stow-on-the-Wold Salary: GBP55,000-GBP60,000 (DOE) Hours: 40 (28 supernumary, 12 on floor) Your Role: As a Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager, you will collaborate closely with our team to ensure the seamless delivery of person-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and supporting our dedicated team of nurses and care staff. Assisting in the implementation of care plans and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Conducting assessments, providing clinical guidance, and liaising with healthcare professionals to optimize resident well-being. Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care. Acting as a role model for compassionate care and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. Qualifications/Experience: To succeed in this partnership role, you will need: Valid nursing qualifications and current registration with the appropriate regulatory body. Proven experience in a senior nursing or managerial role within a care setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
