Teaching Assistant (Early Years) - Independent Pre-Prep school - Kensington and Chelsea - September start * * Salary bracket is GBP24,000 to GBP26,000 (Up to GBP28,000 for outstanding candidates) * Level 3 and above early years qualified teaching assistants are encouraged to apply The school * This is a small and exclusive term time independent pre-prep school in Kensington and Chelsea with a strong links to the local Notting Hill community * It provides a stimulating, creative and nurturing learning environment for its children * Has an excellent reputation for success and sending its pupils into the leading prep schools across London * It is very accessible and located minutes from the tube Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for two to six year olds * Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. * Collaborate with colleagues to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. * Communicate effectively with parents and guardians * Contribute to the overall positive ethos of the school. Requirements: * Level 3 Early Years qualification or above * Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is desirable * Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively within a team.
