We are looking for an Inventory Quality Controller to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis: #x200B; Key Responsibilities #x200B; Responsible for Physical and System Inventory Accuracy and Integrity Investigate all the Discrepancies and raise Adjustment requests accordingly Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to the system. Support in GOODS-IN and GOODS-OUT and Return Operations (Pick, Pack, Put -away and Returns) Attend and resolve all Stock and Order related queries Responsible for all Data Management, make sure WMS has all the required information. Managing all SOPs and update regularly Quality Check on all Operations and provide Feedback to individuals Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting Internal customers. Co-ordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Housekeeping, and other departments Support in Loading and Unloading Vans/Lorries Lead, guid and train new and existing staff Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Managing all Client #39;s personal deliveriesKnowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities #x200B; Desirable University Degree in Mathematics, Supply Chain and at least 3 years of experience in Inventory Control, analysing data and creating reports Have a Full Clean Car/Van Driving Licence Knowledge of inventory control and Warehouse operations Advance knowledge of MS Office, especially MS-Excel Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data. Database management skills. Ability to analyse and solve problems. Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork. Ability to receive and Ship Orders.
