Personal assistant

Class 1 Personnel are working with large Public Sector client to recruit a personal Assistant to support the Directors team within their organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well organised, professional business delivering services to the public. This role will be based in Ipswich and will be a mix of hybrid, office days to be determined by business needs, but usually 2 days a week in the office and 3 days hybrid working. Main Duties: Typical duties will include: Diary management, which will be a large proportion of the role. Opening and prioritising all incoming correspondence, Including dealing with emails for multiple inboxes, Arranging meetings, booking venues, Taking and distributing meeting minutes. Provide team cover for other PA rsquo;s and other administration duties. There is one department Director who has a heavier workload so the role will be faced paced. Person Specification: The nature of the Personal Assistant role means that you will be working without direct supervision, and you will be expected to make regular decisions using sensitivity and judgement. You will be expected to effectively manage your own workload. We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant, who has an excellent telephone manner and strong IT skills set working with MS Office suites. Ideally you will have relevant qualifications such as NVQ3, BTec or equivalent, and we a strong typist. This role is being offered as an ongoing temporary position working 37hrs a week Monday to Friday during office hours. Pay rate for this role will be GBP13.69ph We are looking for an immediate start.
