The role: CNC Turner Are you a CNC Turner that has worked in high precision manufacturing and looking for a new challenge? A fantastic opportunity has become available for a CNC Turner to join a prestige aerospace business based in Sheffield. The role is to work two shifts (mornings 6am-2pm and afternoons 2pm-10pm) with the possibility of a night shift. Assume responsibility for prescribed TPM to ensure ongoing equipment performance Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area. Responsible for inspection of completed operations using equipment such as CMM and manual gauge tooling. Experience: CNC Turning Experience - Essential Manual Turning - Essential Able to use measuring equipment ndash; Verniers, Gauges, and Micrometers ndash; Essential Reading and following written instruction e.g., SOPs, Technique sheets, drawings, and specifications - Essential Experience in the Aerospace or similar industry ndash; Preferable Qualification in CNC operation, apprenticeship trained or significant industry experience.
