We are seeking an assistant Quantity Surveyor who is eager to develop and hit the ground running. Roles and Responsibilities: * Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for framework projects. * Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control and adherence to budgets. * Conduct regular cost assessments, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies. * Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. * Monitor and analyse project financial performance. * Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying. * Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field. * Strong understanding of residential or commercial development processes and cost management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in relevant software and tools.
