Duties: Provide prompt customer service in person and over the phone Organise and prioritise work to achieve targets efficiently Maintain high standards and collaborate effectively with colleagues Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and service excellence Requirements: Previously worked as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
