Service Coordinator - Bracknell GBP28,000pa (36 hours per week to include occasional evenings and weekends0 Brook Street is working with a leading charity dedicated to providing support and services for disabled children, young people, and their families. Our client is recruiting for a Services Coordinator, who will play a vital role in organising and delivering a range of services for disabled children and young people aged 3-18, as well as their families and young adults up to 25. To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate must have: Relevant work experience in children`s services, health, education, social care, or the voluntary sector. Direct experience working with disabled children and young people, along with a strong understanding of disability rights and inclusion principles. Experience in supervising staff, conducting risk assessments, and writing reports. NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant field, with a willingness to undertake further training. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in IT and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data management. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges. Valid driver`s license preferred.
