Key Responsibilities: Divorce and Separation: Guide clients through asset division, alimony, and other related matters. Child Custody and Access: Advocate for clients #39; rights in custody and visitation disputes. Financial Settlements: Negotiate and advocate for fair financial resolutions. Cohabitation and Prenuptial Agreements: Draft and review agreements to protect client interests. Domestic Violence and Protection Orders: Support victims in securing necessary protection. Adoption and Surrogacy: Manage legal processes in compliance with UK laws. Family Mediation: Facilitate dispute resolution through mediation. Non-Molestation Orders: Help clients by securing protection against harassment or threats of violence. Occupation Orders: Assist clients in regulating who can live on a property and exclude or restrict a person #39;s access. Client Satisfaction: Ensure that every client receives the highest standard of service and support tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
