Are you passionate about providing quality repairs services to customers? We #39;re seeking two dynamic individuals to lead our teams in either Nottinghamshire or Leicestershire. We rsquo;ve launched our in-house repairs service this month, dedicated to delivering top-notch repairs solutions to our valued customers. As the Team Manager, you #39;ll play a pivotal role in managing and supporting a team of multi-skilled trades, for either the North (Nottinghamshire) or South (Leicestershire). Your duties will include recruiting, inducting, and managing performance. Additionally, you #39;ll be instrumental in procurement processes and service development to ensure continuous improvement. Working Hours: The role is Monday ndash; Friday, 37 Hours per week. Ideal Candidate: We #39;re seeking an individual with a solid understanding of building maintenance issues, familiarity with resolving complaints, and recent experience in social housing environments or with a Registered Provider. Your expertise and leadership will drive our team to success.
