Intermediate Mechanical Engineer Building Services Design Industry Aztec West, Bristol Salary circa GBP30k-GBP35k DOE Konker Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Building Services Consultancy based in Aztec West who are looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer. This would ideally be someone local with over a year #39;s experience in Building Services Design. This company provide design solutions, surveys reports, and site duties to a range of clients. They are a team of 7 talented Mechanical and Electrical Engineers who can also offer sustainability services like Dynamic Simulation Modelling, SBEM Compliance, ESG reporting, Energy Performance Certificates, and Sustainability Option Studies. The company was founded in 2020 and despite facing the challenge of the Covid lockdown, they still managed to double in size and are now very busy in the following areas: Commercial, Retail, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, and Residential. They have worked on big shopping centres like Cabot Circus and St Davids, and projects up to GBP12 million. They are a friendly bunch who often go on company socials. There rsquo;s no real hierarchy within the team, everyone is valued no matter what level they are at. Around 1+ years #39; experience in Building Services Design. Degree qualified in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering. Driving licence and car in order to attend meetings (transport costs covered by the business). Familiar with Bristol, South Wales and the Southwest. AutoCAD experience is essential.
