Job Description As Ecommerce Support, your main responsibilities are: Working within the global Brand Partnerships Experience and Collections (BPEC) Ecommerce Team, this role offers a dynamic opportunity for an individual with a blend of technical expertise, customer-centric focus, and a strategic approach to enhancing Ecommerce and online experience 1 Data analysis and reporting: Generate reports and analyse data, providing recommendations for optimisation where appropriate. Work with the marketing communications team to optimise website content, Ecommerce user journeys, and transactional email communications. implement SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) best practices. Support the briefing and development of a new booking platform aligned with the Clients #39; wide platform Qualifications / Skills Required Experience of writing briefs for third party agencies and managing projects through to delivery with them A basic level of technical expertise with a strong attitude for learning and getting to grips with our tech stack Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
