Job Title: CNC Turner Setter/Operator Location: Leeds, UK Are you a skilled CNC Turner Setter/Operator with a passion for precision engineering and a desire to advance your career to the next level? We #39;re seeking a talented individual to join our client rsquo;s team in Leeds, as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator with a long term aim of training up to programmer level. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls, working with a variety of materials including exotics such as Inconel, and producing small batch work to tight tolerances. Responsibilities: * Training to programme at the machine. * Setting up and operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls. * Producing high-quality components from a variety of materials, including exotics like Inconel. * Working on small batch production runs with a focus on precision and quality. * Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results. * Adhering to safety and quality standards at all times. Requirements: * Previous experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator, with experience working with either Fanuc or Haas controls. * Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and interpreting technical specifications. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest quality. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. * Willingness to undergo training to advance to the level of CNC Programmer.
