Regional sales manager

An Area Sales Manager / External Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager is required to join a leading, global manufacturer of sensors and industrial automation products. The successful Area Sales Manager / External Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will work remotely developing business and managing key accounts of industrial automation products into the Packaging, Food Beverage machines in the North. The successful Area Sales Manager / External Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have experience working closely with automation products such as sensors, PLCs, HMIs, Pneumatics or other automation-related products. Package Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 OTE: GBP10,000 - GBP12,000 Company Car Holidays 25 Days + Bank holidays Pension scheme A shorter working day on Friday. Area Sales Manager / External Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role: Working remotely developing business and managing key accounts of industrial automation products in various sites across the North in the Packaging, Food Beverage sectors. Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling as sensors, PLCs, HMIs, Pneumatics or other industrial automation products. Maintaining new automation sales with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets. Bringing on new business and managing current accounts across the Packaging, Food Beverage. Working with a team of application engineers to provide solutions for customers and further building relationships. Providing sales tactics and strategies to move the business forward and grow the patch. Liaising with various engineering departments. Area Sales Manager / External Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements: Experience as an Area Sales Manager / External Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Manager. A relevant engineering qualification such as an Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Degree / HND is essential. Technical knowledge of the automation sector and experience working within the Packaging, Food Beverage sector. Ability to plan your own days and time efficiently. Motivation and the drive to grow with a reputable engineering manufacturer. Full UK Driving license and passport. Based in the North
