Quality inspection team leader

Quality Inspection Team Leader ndash; Formula 1 Weekend Day Shift (Fri - Mon) Arden White are seeking an experienced Quality / Inspection candidate with a strong leadership background to take charge of our Formula 1 clients #39; Quality Inspection team and put their stamp on things. Responsibilities: * Supervision of all Inspectors in your team and the allocation of work. * Ensure your team is clear on their daily activities, and coach and facilitate their ability to deliver on them. * Supporting staff selection, performance, development, and training processes * Ensure components are inspected using appropriate inspection techniques to department standards, and that material and treatment documentation is correct and following route operations and technical specifications. * Scrutinising and adjusting work schedules to solve scheduling and inspection quality problems will be required. Requirements: * Proven leader. * Strong engineering inspection background. * Great background in Metrology measurement equipment and software. * A high-performing individual with the ability to remain focused and objective under pressure, and work to strict deadlines with minimum supervision.
