Key Responsibilities: bull; Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restoration development. bull; Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. bull; Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors. bull; Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site. bull; Provide leadership and guidance to site staff bull; Liaise with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidate Requirements: bull; Proven experience as a Site Manager in new build housing projects. bull; Engineering background preferred over traditional trade qualifications. bull; Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. bull; In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
