Senior Project Manager North West GBP90,000 ndash; GBP100,000 + Package The Company This Senior Project Manager rsquo;s role is with one of the UK rsquo;s leading main contractors. They have an excellent reputation and build some of the country rsquo;s most iconic buildings. They are a diverse organisation covering most sectors of the built environment and this specific role is within their critical resilience division. Projects are varied ranging from GBP500k - GBP10million in the commercial, retail, and public sector. The Role We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience of data centre/critical resilience refurbishment/upgrade projects to oversee 2 ndash; 3 projects at any one time. Your role will include: * Overall responsibility for the success the project * Allocate resources and staff ensuring projects have appropriate on-site supervision * Assist in the development of programmes for project delivery and monitoring. * Identify the quality expectations and ensure these are achieved. * Manage statutory and company requirements for managing Health, Safety, and environment compliance. * Understands the contractual requirements of the project. * Identifies and manages risk. * Agree requirements for time, cost, and quality aspects of trade contractor packages. * Maintaining good relationships with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors. * To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate, and engaging approach. You will have good writing and analytical skills and have solid experience in taking full responsibility and leadership for healthcare fit-out, refurbishment and cut and carve projects. * Previous experience of working on education refurbishment schemes for a main contractor is essential to be considered for this role.
