Trainee account manager

Benefits: Salary GBP22,308 to GBP30,000 per annum DOE. 10% Commission - Capped at GBP20,000 per annum. Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00 28 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays) Office located in Birmingham City Centre Auto-enrolment Pension scheme Fully office based. Role Responsibilities: Build and grow upon relationships with new and existing clients. Be the point of contact with clients throughout the deal process. Identify new business opportunities and follow-up on all leads. Ensure all processes are followed to minimize operational and credit risks. Follow the FCA rules and guidelines throughout the deal process. Work towards an annual income target which is broken down into monthly objectives. Attend regular sales meetings within your division. Required Skills Experience: (Desirable) Previous experience in Sales. High level of communication with a professional telephone manner. Strong organizational skills. Enthusiastic and energetic.
